The what What kind of projects do you prefer to work on? My favorite customers are small businesses . Either people who are just starting out or those who have tried to build a website or social presence on their own and just got stuck. I ve been told that I explain things to customers in a way they understand – and that s a great source of pride for me. People need to understand as much as possible what they are buying and how it works. Can you describe your typical customer (if you have a typical customer)? I don t have a typical customer. And that is one of the nicest aspects of my job.
I love learning about different industries and how to market them to the average consumer. I ve worked with lawyers hotels coaches and everyone in between. I enjoy mobile number list meeting new people and watching their business grow. Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation where it is necessary to reject projects or even fire clients. What do those situations look like for you and how do you deal with them? Not every client suits me and I am not suitable for every client. Since I consider myself a boutique agency I basically tell potential clients that from the start . My business model does not benefit from the hard sell technique.
If a client is not suitable for my services I refer them to another location. Can you describe a project that you think is your best? I once worked with a local plumber who had just started his own plumbing business. His website scored quickly he received good reviews and most importantly he was very busy! Due to his success his company was taken over by another company after just one year . Even though it meant he didn t need my services anymore he was happy and so was I!
